Show valid dates for the selected offer and block invalid dates, including blackout dates or booked/unavailable dates.

Enforce minimum number of nights and any must-stay nights (e.g. if the offer is for a slots tournament).

But don't enforce maximum number of nights. (That is, if it's a two-night room comp, allow stays of more than two nights; just charge regular rates for the shoulder dates.)

Also, TravelClick currently hides starting room rate on small screens. We'd love to display those rates on small screens, too. (When we make them visible in web inspector, they look just fine, let's do it!
