Show all available room types. For room types better than the room types included in the offer, offer upgrade price (normal rate, minus the discounted price for the top room rate included in the offer). If user enjoys a special rate, include it in rate menu.

We recommend suppressing the Packages tab for this flow (and/or the option to view the user's other offers, too). User has already selected an offer by kicking off this flow; let's lock in on that one, without offering ability to switch offers unless they start a fresh booking. Otherwise we risk adding unnecessary UX complexity and potential confusion.

If it's not possible to suppress the Packages tab, then it should contain all offers available for the selected dates (see the booking flow for "my calendar" for more details).
